Delivery Information - Tracking

We are based in Australia, not Austria, that place next to Germany, Down under if you must, We speak English and enjoy thong throwing contests in our spare time

All orders are shipped by postal service unless otherwise specified. We always strive to offer the cheapest shipping available, we don't charge extras like handling fees and add ons. All orders have tracking, in rare cases we may ship small orders in envelopes.

Please note, shipping times can vary, usually overseas shipping can take from 2 to 4 weeks. If you are experiencing delay in receiving your order please email first before starting a dispute. We always ship orders as soon as possible but the postal service does not always deliver as soon as possible

Tracking:

Tracking is something we get a lot of emails about, but please before you email us read on.

Always log into your account, tracking info will be in there, this will save a lot of time and angst if you check here first.

Check your email and email folders, every order that is shipped out has two sets of tracking, 

Firstly the postal service will email you via the email address you supplied when placing the order.

Secondly the website mail server will email you with tracking as soon as it is updated.

Please follow the above simple steps first.
