This is the pull starter cage fitted to ATC90 and early ATC110 models with 3 bolt cage.

This item often wears when the starter pawls fail to retract fully after the engine starts.

This item should be replaced when wear is detected to prevent possible damage to the starter and flywheel/stator should one of the pawls grab.
