Sometimes, due to the nature of emails, you may think
we have not replied, this is not true, we reply to
every email we recieve, usually within 24Hrs.
If you have not recieved a reply first check your
junk mail folder or email settings. Please feel free
to re-submit your enquiry if you haven't heard within
48 hours.
If you really need to talk to a Human, you may phone
between the hours of 4pm and 6pm weekdays, 0404 968
406. if no answer please leave a message or an SMS
to 0413 912055. Please understand this is a small
business, I simply don't have the capacity to reply
to phone enquiries, email works much better.
Shipping info.
Most items sent within Australia are via Australia
Post, this is a fairly inexpensive method of freight
when small parts are involved.
For larger parts you may specify your preferred carrier
or I can try and get the best deal relative to the
order.
We currently ship parts overseas to customers in the
US, Canada, UK, Japan, Germany, New Zealand etc. Basically
anywhere there is a reliable post service.
Ordering
Just add your items to the shopping
cart, when complete finalise and add your details, the
cart will send us the order and cc a copy to your email
address, if you don't recieve this check to make sure
you have given us your correct email address.
Order can then be processed.
Please note the Paypal payment option is only for out
of Australia customers and has overseas shipping costs
factored in.
Payment.
Within Australia items may be sent
COD post, Send us a cheque or direct debit to our
bank account.
Direct debit details are listed on the shopping cart
checkout page.

OF AUSTRALIA orders!. If you are in Australia
you should use the Direct Debit/COD option.
Credit Cards.
If your are out of Australia you
can pay with credit card via the Paypal gateway, this
will allow you to enter your cc details and bill your
card. Please note, your card will be billed by Paypal
who will in turn pay us.
NOTE: Shopping Cart Upgrade.
We have just
installed a new shopping cart! this cart will calculate
shipping costs so once payment is received your order
is good to go.
