Sometimes, due to the nature of emails, you may think we have not replied, this is not true, we reply to every email we recieve, usually within 24Hrs.

If you have not recieved a reply first check your junk mail folder or email settings. Please feel free to re-submit your enquiry if you haven't heard within 48 hours.

If you really need to talk to a Human, you may phone between the hours of 4pm and 6pm weekdays, 0404 968 406. if no answer please leave a message or an SMS. Please understand this is a small business, I simply don't have the capacity to reply to phone enquiries, email works much better.

Shipping info.

Most items sent within Australia are via Australia Post, this is a fairly inexpensive method of freight when small parts are involved.
For larger parts you may specify your preferred carrier or I can try and get the best deal relative to the order.

We currently ship parts overseas to customers in the US, Canada, UK, Japan, Germany, New Zealand etc. Please contact us for a shipping estimate.

Ordering (Australian Customers)

Best method is to add everything you need to the shopping cart, don't finalise but simply copy and paste the cart contents into an email. We can get back to you with a total and shipping costs then best work out payment options.

Payment.

Within Australia items may be sent COD post, Send us a cheque or direct debit to our bank account.


we accept Paypal for OUT OF AUSTRALIA orders!. If you are in Australia please enquire first.

NOTE: We are trialing a new shopping cart! however it is difficult, if not impossible to calculate postage fairly with this method.
Out of Country customers please use this function and after your order is packed we will advise of the postage costs.

Shipping Costs for Customers outside Australia.

When using the shopping cart function shipping costs are not included. These will be billed to you once the order is packed and ready for postage. We charge "Actual" shipping costs only, nothing added, no handling charge, what it costs is what you pay.
All items in store now have a weight included, simply add up all the weights of individual items in your order and refer to the chart for an estimate of what your shipping cost will be. Dont forget to allow a little extra weight for the packaging!

If you already know what your postage cost will be you can use this Paypal button to fund your shipping. The button price is set at $1 so you have to use multiples of this to arrive at the correct figure, say your postage is $13.80 you need to type in 14 in the quantity column. Sorry but this funtion doesn't allow for portions of $1
